Jackie Mallow has worked directly with children and adults who have been dually diagnosed since 1985. She has extensive training, experience, and education in the areas of behavior/crisis management, program/staff development and residential supports. She has worked exclusively with individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome since 1996, providing educational training, support, guidance and consultation nationwide. She has facilitated events, fundraisers, and conferences since 1997. Jackie is the current Vice President of PWSA-WI, Inc. and has served on the board for the past 20+ years. From 2006 to 2015 she served on the Board of Directors for PWSA (USA). She also takes an active role in supporting providers as the Chair for the PWSA (USA) Professional Providers Advisory Board, and on the IPWSO International Professional Providers Advisory Board. Since 1997 has been presenting both Nationally and Internationally on "Supporting the Unique Challenges of Individuals Diagnosed with PWS."
Crystal Boser became active in the PWS Community in 1999 when her son Kyle, then 4 years old, was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome. Soon after her son's diagnosis, she became the contact person for families supporting an individual with PWS in Northern Indiana and served in that role until relocating to Wisconsin in 2000. Upon her arrival in Wisconsin, she became an active member of the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association of Wisconsin, Inc. and is currently the organization's President. In addition, Crystal is the Chapter Relations Committee Co-Chairperson for PWSA (USA). She has facilitated events and fundraisers, hosted national meetings and mentored families throughout the country. Crystal has a Master's in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Healthcare Management. She is the current Director of Operations for an independently owned pediatric clinic.
